Registration, Abstracts & Accommodation
On-line Registration
The registration proceeds via e-mail, sending the Registration Form,
together with the abstract (file name authorsurname_VLT.docx – sample abstract)
to e-mail: tomas.chlupaty@upce.cz, upon acceptation, the payment details will be given.
Registration Fee
Payment of €120 (student) and €150 (regular participant) will cover conference expenses and refreshment.
Accommodation
There are numerous accommodation possibilities, from a student accommodation in double room at €25/night, through various 3* hotels at ca €60/night up to 4*hotel at ca 90-100 €/night (all hotels with inclusive breakfast).
